I think it would be a good add on the fact that Hesk count with an alert, when a new message arrives. I mean, a sound, a pop up. Other way than the email.

Can this be possible??

Basically adding some sound for defined events would not be the problem.
But I do not hink that this would be a good Idea, because then the Hesk window has to be open the whole time.

Guess better would be a desktop notification (with sound).
But because Hesk has still no desktio application, this can be solved in another way.

Would do you think guys?

There is an option if you use Outlook as your mail client. You could create a rule that when a mail arrives from Hesk (e.g. by From address) plays a sound. Other mail clients also have this functionality.
