Change From Data in Ticket

Hesk runs great. So I do not provide Systeminfo.

One thing I have to do from time to time ist to forward a Mail from my account to the service account HESK polls. The ticket that Hesk creates has my name an email address and I would like to change that instead of creating an new ticket having to copy the contents.

Is that possible?

Found it myself, its so easy, one can just edit the ticket. Iclooked through menus and so on and oversaw the edit button. Sorry.
