Hello,
1st. Tickets submitted are not sent, shows in admin panel but are not received on inbox.
---> With debug mode on appears as sent but not mail are received
---> With debug mode off shows a white page on admin_submit_ticket.php not mail are received too.
2nd. When i update a ticket i get a white page on admin_reply_ticket.php, update are not sent too.

If you're getting a white screen, turn debug mode on so you can see the error appear on-screen. Then try going to the page again and see what happens.

Debug mode still repeats this error and doesn't shows the error.
But:
I have found that the problem was using WYSIWYG in tickets, if i quit remove rich text the mails and updates works fine: the bug its with the WYSIWYG that hung ticket creation and edition.
Now i receive mails perfectly!
Any change for use rich text correctly?

There have not been any changes to rich text for a while. Do you have all of the necessary email templates for html emails? If you're using a non-English language, this may happen if you have not copied over the necessary email templates.

I use Spanish. I will have a look to all necessary files and i will update.
