When i try to save my work (New Article in KB) i get blank page.
I go to settings and turn on Debug mode.
I get error message:

HESK version: 2.6.8
Mods för HESK Version: 2.6.4
PHP version: 5.6.25
I can't find htmlpurifier in inc but when i go back before i install v 2.6.8 for hesk and 2.6.4 for mods for hesk are htmlpurifier there.
Is this a bug?

HESK 2.6.8 includes htmlpurifier, located in the inc/ folder. Did you properly update to HESK 2.6.8 first and then update to Mods for HESK 2.6.4? It sounds like either (1) you only updated Mods for HESK and changed the HESK version number manually, or (2) when copying over Mods for HESK 2.6.4 you somehow lost the htmlpurifier folder.

But now when i upload htmlpurifier folder are my problem gone

If you're copying files over using FileZilla or just plain Windows, everything should copy over fine. However, I have seen issues on OS X / macOS (whichever one people are calling it now 
), where you need to select "Merge" when copying over the files (apparently "Replace" will replace the entire folder which to me is strange behavior). So I would double-check that when you copy over the Mods for HESK files, you are "merging" the folders together and not completely replacing them with what Mods for HESK has, since several files are not included
(And yes, just copying the folder over manually will solve the issue as well, but shouldn't necessarily be required
