Hi,
Sorry, if that had been asked before, but I could not find any related answers.
We have several products and related websites in different niches.
Is there an elegant way of letting two agents have one view of all tickets
funneling in from 3 websites?
These websites should have their own separate knowledge base,
These websites need to have their own separate support email address.
We would like to avoid to work with 3 separate hesk intallations.
Thank you very much!

Multiple Site Support possible?

Re: Multiple Site Support possible?
HESK was designed to support a single website so I'm afraid there is no elegant way of supporting multiple websites (there is no way to setup a separate knowledgebase, categories and other settings for each website).
What I've seen people do in such cases is to create a shared support site.
For example instead of:
website1.com/support
website2.com/support
website3.com/support
They create:
yourcompanysupport.com
Then they create a new category for each website they support.
It's not the perfect solution, but I guess unless the help desk software is specifically designed for multiple side-by-side configurations it's the most used one.
