Problem with adding files in knowledgebase

Hi,
I have a problem, a can add file to knowledgebase but after save i can't read them. When i try to read file i have something like this "This file has been deleted from the server and is no longer available for download".

I have HESK 2.6.5 with mod v2.5.1.
I checked directories on my server and i saw all files that i added to knowledgebase on /var/www/hesk not in /var/www/hesk/attachements.

Do you have some solutions for that?

Can you post a screenshot of the "Knowledgebase attachments folder" setting displaying which folder the attachments should be stored in?


Side note: Klemen, would you mind moving this topic into the Mods for HESK sub-forum? I don't believe I have the power to do so :D
