Re: Cant seem to install Mods for Hesk
When i replace all files to original ones everything is working fine
Re: Cant seem to install Mods for Hesk
It doesn't look like you properly installed Mods for HESK. After installing HESK, did you install Mods for HESK at /install/mods-for-hesk/modsForHesk.php?

Re: Cant seem to install Mods for Hesk
yes , repeated this sequence several times now.
what im doing to install on localhost
1 - create DB and DB User for Hesk (with all privileges)
2 - copy Hesk files to localhost
3 - navigating to /Hesk-directory/install
4 - connecting the database
5 - delete install folder
viola Hesk is now installed and working
now for Mods For Hesk
1 - Download Mods v2.4.2
2 - Merging/Adding all files to Hesk folder
3 - Copy Missing file to Root Directory (modsForHesk_settings.inc.php)
4 - navigating to /Hesk-directory/install
and that is what im seeing

Re: Cant seem to install Mods for Hesk
Ok, CHMOD modsForHesk_settings.inc.php to 0666 (if you don't know how to do this, Google is your friend
). Then refresh the page and you should be able to select the button to execute the installation.

Re: Cant seem to install Mods for Hesk
you send me to look for what exactly?
ive been sitting here from yesterday trying to install Mods (spending hours), then i understand that you "forgot" to add some file.(not blaming you)
and now you send me to a search quest.

In your helpdesk directory, execute the following command:
OR
If you're using cPanel, select the file in the file manager and click "Permissions".
If you're using FileZilla, right-click on the file and click "File Permissions..."
Code: Select all
chmod 666 modsForHesk_settings.inc.php

Re: Cant seem to install Mods for Hesk
Glad you got it working

Sorry, but I do not have any available time for performing custom work. My studies and work take up pretty much all of my time right now. As Klemen stated in a different topic, you would probably have better luck at http://www.freelancer.comey4fun wrote:is it possible that you do a custom work for me ?

this file is not compatible with Mods.Klemen wrote:I am able to open your report normally.
Looks like Excel on Mac doesn't support CDATA in XML files.
Try uploading this file to your "admin" folder and see if you can open new reports generated:
