error - Undefined index: add **FIXED**

Hi, been getting this message

PHP Notice: Undefined index: add in /home2/xxxxx/public_html/xxxxx/xxxxx/gbook.php on line 752

it adds the message but leaves this error in the error log file


like I said all works apart from the error

session test scripts produce

Session started successfully!
CLICK HERE FOR PAGE 2

and

$_SESSION['test'] is set to: TRUE

php version 5.4.24

Think this has been happening since I upgraded php some time back

Found the answer

Just done a repeat search and above post appear, fixed

My search was before I joined the forum if that makes a difference
