Hi Mike,
I'm not sure if this is a bug or a setting that I've got misconfigured.
When we tick the checkboxes or click the button for 'Close ticket' the status become reset to 'New'.
The only way to mark a ticket as resolved we have to open each ticket and set the status to 'Resolved'
Apart from that everything seems to behave as expected.
How can we close a ticket and it mark as 'Resolved'?

If you look at the statuses setting screen, what is selected for "When a staff member clicks the 'Close ticket' link, change the status to"?
