Hello,

Sorry for the english I'm french.

I'm looking to apply a templates in my emails are sending from new_ticket.txt all my tests are a failure

You mean adding header/footer and image to emails?

This will not work with HESK as it currently doesn't support HTML emails, all emails are sent as plain text.
