HESK 2.5.3 Piping Issue

Hello again,

i wrote before for this problem but i couldn't solve.

I've set e-mail piping via pop3 then it retrieves tickets from email perfectly and i've set cronjob also but when cronjob triggers HESK php script, it doesn't detect tickets which are created before so system creates too many tickets for one e-mail. Is there any solution ?
