Not sure what you mean?

If you want to modify email messages see here:
http://www.hesk.com/knowledgebase/?article=35

If you want to modify the "From:" email address look at HESK settings page in admin panel.

I still don't understand I'm afraid.

You want *all* emails (anything Hesk sends) to go to a single email address?

Or you want all emails to staff to go to a single address (you can just create all staff members with the same email address)?

what I need is at the time of mailing the incident appears mail who opened the incident and send only a email specific nothing more
for example test,
thank you for contacting support-SOLINTECE to your \"PRUEBA\ support incidence table" has been received. "
We will answer within maximum of 72 hours.
Your incident ID for tracking is: AW8-LBW-XP23 you can see and consult your incident here: http://soporte.solintece.com/ticket.php
You will receive an e-mail notification when staff reply to your support inquiry.
Regards,
[*]jlema@solintece.com[*] example

and I need that I sent only to email specific it would be support solintece
For Example:

jlema@solintece.com --> soporte@solintece.com
dsotalin@solintece.com-->soporte@solintece.com

So when a ticket is opened, a copy of the email notification should be sent to soporte@solintece.com?
