Stuff answer without attachment

Dear Klemmen.
To be honest my 2.4.2 version works almost like a charm.
I will consider to upgrade when i see later version (5.3). So i am still with 2.4.2

My question is.
Sometimes my staff members needs to reply to emails with adding attachments...
Of course it works on the platform (there is the attachment) but clients receives plain message (without attached file).
For security resons i am using the platform only for internal users and emails Fetching for external usr.

Is there any way to put the attachment into the plain email that they are receiving?
