Hello,
Great script! I have searched for the answer to my question but cannot seem to find it. I was wondering if after I get the Guestbook setup properly, can I then change the images to my liking? Header,bg, etc ... ?
Thanks
Image Alteration
Hello newguy,
Yes you can modify them.
As of version 1.7 you can even build your own templates for GBook.
Because version 1.7 has only just been released, there are no alternative templates to download yet.
If you don't want to make your own template, there are other ways.
You can place custom code in the top or bottom of the page by using the header.txt and footer.txt files that are empty by default.
To change the images of the backgrounds used in GBook, they are set in the style.css file of the default template, you can change them there.
I hope this answers your question.
As to how it can be changed, i have some older versions running, not yet updated to version 1.7. Not all beautifull and in dutch language, but you can see that it can be changed to whatever look you like:

I do not monitor the Gbook forums regularly anymore since I do not use the Gbook script myself anymore for a long time. But it helped me a lot in learning to understand php.
