because the main() is not so good, our email server can't support the ananymous send ,so I find a PHP send email model which support authenciation and have email account and password.

I replace the main() by this php email model, and I test successfully.
when I submit the ticket , the staff and customer will recive related email.

we only must have a email account and password of this email account
and the smtp IP of email server.
we don't care whether the email server support ananymous sending.

I'm reading your post, and I don't understand where should I put the first code (that you say is a replace for the main() function).
I mean, I understand that I should create a file sendmail.php and put it inside the folder of hesk. But where should I put this code?:
