I would like the following features to also give us support to multi-languages -- the same way you allowed us to support multi-languages for the Custom Fields.
- Categories
- Canned Responses
Though we can add a translation there per category line (English/Spanish/Other), but what about hesk systems that may have over a few dozen of languages installed--that would be difficult?
Also, it would be great the no matter the Canned Response we choose, the translated version will be seen by the client -- according to what language he / she has chosen when starting the ticket.
