Im using the last version of PHP Helpdesk, bought the licensed copy. I tried to use the codes from the other posts to prevent people from opening tickets once we closed them. I'm without any success in the ability to keep them closed.

It's trivial in the new version: login to your Hesk admin panel, click "Settings", set "Reopen tickets:" to Off and click "Save changes"
