Translations for all 2.5.x versions (2.5.0, 2.5.1, 2.5.2, 2.5.3, 2.5.4, 2.5.5) are 100% compatible!

- translate entire text.php and all email templates (help_files may be English).
- $hesklang['ENCODING'] must be set to UTF-8
- files must be saved in UTF-8 encoding without byte order mark (BOM)

For your information: I changed _COLLATE variable to "utf8_spanish_ci" to make sure MySQL sorts and searches tickets correctly for Spanish chars.
